This program is wholly funded by the Portland Clean Energy Benefits Fund (PCEF).  PCEF is a City of Portland program that invests in community-led projects to reduce carbon emissions, create economic opportunity, and help make Portlanders more resilient to the most adverse impacts of the climate crisis. The Community Grants program is a cornerstone of PCEF’s work by funding both planning and implementation projects, ensuring organizations have the resources to develop and carry out community-led climate solutions. This funding also helps make the benefits of climate action accessible, equitable, and impactful for Portlanders.
